No local software to crash, no desktop required. Send invoices, accept payments, and run your POS through load-shedding as long as your device has a signal. Your data belongs to you — always. Before cancelling, you can export your full financial history including all invoices, client records, and payment logs. We provide a 30-day data retention window after cancellation, giving you ample time to download everything you need. There are no lock-in contracts — you can cancel at any time.

Vortex Billing is billing, POS and collections with a real double-entry ledger behind it: trial balance, income statement, balance sheet and a VAT summary. It is not a replacement for your accountant. If your accountant uses Xero or Sage, export your full General Ledger detail and they can import it. Native integrations with accounting platforms are on our roadmap.
